Mr Rinat Akhmetov owner of Donetsk based SCM at Yenakiyeve after signing of a contract with Siemens VAI in the presence of President Mr Viktor Yanukovych said that the Metinvest Group will carry out its promise to build a sinter plant at Yenakiyeve Iron and Steel Works, despite the crisis on the global markets.
Mr Akhmetov said that “Today, we have one main issue clean air. We’ve promised to build a sinter plant. I want to say that despite all difficulties and despite the crisis on the global markets, we’ll carry out our promise.”
